Day 1: Arrival  – Ho Chi Minh (D)

DETAILED ITINERARY:

Day 1:  Arrival  – Ho Chi Minh (D)

Upon arrival, meet up with the tour guide and driver of Indochina Leisure at the airport and they will transfer you to the city centre. 2.00pm check in the hotel and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City after welcome dinner at local restaurant.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City Tour. (B,L,D)

Full day city tour of Saigon include Reunification Hall, War Remnants Museum, Lacquer Ware Workshop to see how to make lacquer ware picture,  bustling China Town and Thien Hau Pagoda and Notre Dame Cathedral, Post Office, Ben Thanh market.

Day 3: Cu Chi – Tay Ninh. (B,L,D)

Start the tour to visit Cao Dai Temple, the great temple of Caodaism, you will reach The Temple around noon to watch the main ceremony and see the monks and followers practice in a very colorful ceremony with music and high spirit atmosphere.  After the Temple, you can visit the Long Hoa market then stop for lunch (your own) to taste the Trang Bang famous noodle soup.  Continue the excursion to visit Cu Chi underground tunnels. Explore the 3 storey of 200km system of underground tunnels which was the head quarter of Communist Soldier during Vietnam & American War. Visit a local house in An Phu Dong ward of Cu Chi to learn how people make “rice paper cake” material for very popular food of Vietnam “spring roll”.

Day 4: Ho Chi Minh – Vinh Long – Can Tho. (B,L,D)

Today we enjoy the excursion to the Mekong Delta.  Stop at Cai Be town, take a boat cruise along the Mekong River, visit floating market, walk through beautiful orchard island, visit the farmer s house, enjoy traditional music performance, take the rowing boat along the narrow canals with water coconut trees. Enjoy lunch in the local restaurant with fresh product of Mekong Delta.  Proceed to Can Tho, lower river of Mekong Delta, the capital city of the Mekong Delta.  Check in hotel and overnight in Can Tho.

Day 5:  Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh City. (B,L,D)

Morning visit Cai Rang Floating market, a typical Market in the Mekong Dellta, orchard garden and return then Ho Chi Minh city. On the way, we visit Vinh Trang Pagoda and My Tho Market. Afterwards, we drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in HCMC.

Day 6: Ho Chi Minh – Departure.(B)

Free until transfer to airport for flight to back home
